Lindsay was my saving grace. Weddings are supposed to be fun and one of the happiest days of our lives. But let's be real, they are so stressful! From start to finish, Lindsay was by my side ensuring my vision came to fruition, while also staying cognizant of the budget. Coordinating vendors for a destination wedding is not easy! However, Lindsay took care of everything so I could enjoy my special day.

Lindsay gracefully managed all the details of my wedding day. Without her by my side, I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the day at all because of all of the factors I had on my mind. She and I did all of the décor setup. There seemed to be a never-ending list of little tasks to get done and she made sure we got everything taken care of. She made sure the guests were able to find their tables, all the flowers were where they needed to be (which included moving them back to where we wanted after my Mother in Law thought she liked another location better), made sure I ate while getting ready, and shuffled the guests from one location to the next. She did all this and more with a smile on her face. Lindsay will always be special to me and will always be a part of that day that I remember fondly. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is very focused on the job at hand and great at gently keeping others on task. You will be missing out if you pass up the chance to work with her!

I hired Lindsay for month-of coordinating for my daughter's wedding. Prior to the day of the wedding, Lindsay met with us and reviewed every detail of the wedding day. She guided us on timing, scheduling, etc., and provided many tips and helpful suggestions. On the day of the wedding she handled every single detail, which included guiding the florist, set up of the room & ceremony, organizing the caterers, bartenders, band, photographer, and everything else you could think of. I did not one time check on any of the set up details, I was able to spend that time with my daughter while she got ready for her big day. Lindsay also managed the ceremony and the entire reception. She kept the night moving perfectly. I could not have done it without her.

Lindsay is a fantastic planner and an absolute joy to work with!  At our wedding Lindsay had a unique and challenging job of being the liasion between the rest of our hired wedding staff and the wedding venue.  We got married at an unconventional wedding location, one that most of the staff were not familiar with, but that Lindsay knew well.  The wedding was a huge success from our perspective but, we came to find out, a little rough on the staff!   We had no idea there were any hiccups; Lindsay made it all happen.  She was cool under pressure and even worked late into the night to get the venue back in great condition.
